(The following penalties will apply after September 1st. If you miss registering the broodmare by September 1st of the year of breeding, the penalty on the foal is $350.00. If you miss a second September 1st deadline, the penalty will be $700.00 and if you miss a third September 1st deadline the penalty will be at the maximum of $1,500.00. If you pay a penalty, any younger foals out of that same broodmare will be covered under that penalty.)
