Trained by Wes Giles for owners Jimmy Negrete and Jimmy Vasquez, Flash Divine made his sophomore season debut with a 1 1/4-length victory in the fifth of six trials on January 7. The colt has earned $91,449 from five races, all in New Mexico, and he ended his juvenile campaign with a second-place finish, three-quarters of a length behind winner First Lady On Canvas, in the October 30, $351,000 New Mexico Classic Futurity (RG2) at Zia Park.

First Lady On Canvas, the third-fastest qualifier, drew post 10 and will be ridden by Esgar Ramirez for owners MRB Racing LLC and trainer Manuel Rodriguez. A homebred graded stakes winning daughter of First Moonflash, First Lady On Canvas has won four of eight starts and has banked $192,783.
