Hannah’s Highlife, a homebred daughter of the Midnight Lute stallion Holy Lute racing for Teed Off Stable LLC, will make her first start against stakes company in Sunday’s 6-furlong, $100,000 La Senora Stakes (R) for New Mexico-bred 3-year-old fillies at Sunland Park.

Hannah’s Highlife has won her last two races, including a 5 1/2-furlong non-winners-of-two allowance dash at Sunland Park on New Year’s Day. A half sister to 2020 Petticoat Stakes (R) runner-up Graceanne, the filly has earned $59,520 from four starts.

Hannah’s Highlife drew post 6 and will be ridden by Francisco Amparan for trainer Bart Hone.

Trainer Todd Fincher will send out three of the six La Senora contestants, including the stakes-placed Diabolical filly Mama Was A Rocket. Racing for J. Kirk and Judy Robison of El Paso, Texas, the homebred filly is coming off of a Zia Park autumn campaign during which she ran third, one length behind dead-heat winners Bryns Mark and Seventh St Diamond, in the 6-furlong, $125,000 New Mexico Cup Lassie Championship (R) on October 30.

Mama Was A Rocket drew post 2 and will be ridden by Felipe Valdez.

Mama Was A Rocket (Felipe Valdez), 5-2
First Again (Luis Ramon Rodriguez), 15-1
